The Mint in downtown Aldergrove is a very attractive "Modern Tudor" development of eight new family townhomes and the quality is more than skin-deep.

Design features and finishes at Mint include double-wide garages, Juliette balconies, quartz stone countertops, nine-foot ceilings with crown moldings, and tankless hot water heating and domestic supply systems … upgrades that are not usually available in townhome living today.
